stepping up | how to apply
are you interested in stepping up into the next role? if so, here is how to do so:
request a development chat with your line manager
let them know your career aspirations + that you would like to step up into the next role
let them know your mobility, in case there aren’t currently any management vacancies in your own site
understand if you can be involved in any in-restaurant or out of restaurant activities that would support your development
you line manager will agree the next steps with you
stepping up | your training
once you have been put on the stepping up programme, here is what you can expect:
stepping up pathway | this will now appear on your noodleversity. this is learning to support your development, in line with the role requirements
your training plan | you will complete this with your training manager on site. there is a guide available to support you, this can be found on noodlenet + noodleversity. this will be co-created to ensure you have the opportunity to put any new learning into practice on the job
noodle academy courses | you will have development courses available for you to book via noodleversity. these courses are run by your regional l+d partner + will support your learning
regular progress check-ins | you should have check-ins with your training manager at least every period. ensure these are in the diary
stepping up | sign-off assessment
once you have completed your stepping up pathway, noodle academy courses + training plan, let your training manager know. they will book in your sign-off assessment for you

stepping up reflections
knowledge
behavioural interview
if stepping up to gm + hc, your line manager will let you know about the process
